Looking good, Kirby. Looking gooooood.

Tonight we gave Kirby a mild dog sedative that we had leftover from our big cross country move (Baxter doesn’t do car rides well), so that we could thoroughly clean his teeth. Turns out, we also have had horrible storms tonight. So it probably works to his favor that he’s sedated during the hail and thunder. Poor pup.

Hope you all had a running, chasing, swimming, napping in the grass, wind in your face, passing out on the car ride home kind of Fourth of July like we did!

Seriously, that can’t be comfortable.

I sent this picture to my mom and she replied, “He looks like a murder victim.”

She’s not wrong.

Kirby’s enjoying some upside down time today.

Tumblr, I have had a hell of a morning. I was running late to work already, and as I was driving in this dog was in the middle of the street heading towards the highway. As I parked, she was already walks over the barricades. I always have an extra leash in my car, ran out into the rain, and grabbed her. She was found in Dallas (Carrollton/Farmers Branch Area) off 35 and Beltline. She has no microchip. Definitely a Husky Mix of some kind, totally gives the derpy Husky face and has the tail.
I hoping someone is looking for her. If you could please share, I would be so grateful.

Signal boosting. Hope her humans are found soon! Look at her. What a beauty.

Dallas friends, do you know this pup?
